个人简介

曲小健,男,中共党员,副教授,硕士生导师。

围绕寄生植物、裸子植物、禾本科和蓼科植物等植物类群进行了一系列的研究工作,主要利用基因组和转录组数据以及形态学数据开展植物分类、系统发育和进化生物学研究,另外基于生物信息学方法开发实用的基因组学分析软件和工具。在Nature PlantsMolecular Phylogenetics and EvolutionPlant MethodsGenome Biology and EvolutionFrontiers in Plant SciencePlant Disease等本领域主流期刊上发表SCI论文20余篇,其中高水平论文1篇,ESI高被引论文1篇。SCI文章被引600余次。

研究兴趣和方向

1、结合组学和形态学数据进行植物分类和系统发育基因组学研究,同时解析叶绿体基因组和核基因组的结构进化模式。

2、研究寄生植物适应异养生活方式的进化机制。

3、利用生物信息学方法开发基因组学分析软件和工具。
