姓名职称:

张丛, 博士,教授,博士生导师。2003年获中国科学院动物研究所博士学位,2003-2005在北京大学16877太阳集团进行博士后研究,2009-2010年在加拿大蒙特利尔大学访问学者。2015年入选2015年度上交通大学医学院高峰学科—临床医学“临床专职科研队伍”。是多项国家自然科学基金项目、国家重点研发计划课题负责人,是国家优秀青年基金项目评审专家,科技部创新人才推进计划评审专家。是 Biology of Reproduction, Clinical ScienceMolecular Therapy - Nucleic Acids等多个SCI杂志的审稿人。已在Nature Medicine, Hypertension, Molecular Therapy-Nucleic AcidsTheriogenology, Biology of Reproduction, Reproduction, Endocrine, Development Growth & differentiation, Stem Cell Development, Journal of HypertensionJournal of Cellular BiochemistryJournal of molecular endocrinology, Gynecological Endocrinology, Journal of Reproduction and Development, Reproductive Biology and Endocrinology等杂志上发表或接受第一及通讯作者论文38篇。 其中在Nature Medicine”发表的文章(Nat Med. 2013;19:1061-1066),受到特别关注,该杂志同期为该研究成果配发了相关评论文章(commentaryNat Med. 2013;19:968-969) 并录制了播客(podcast (网址: http://www.nature.com/multimedia/podcast/nm/nm-2013-08-06.mp3), Science 杂志也在8月将其选为编辑精选(EDITORSCHOICEScience 2013;341:823)加以评论。

研究方向:

长期致力于:

1 女性生殖与疾病的调控机理研究, 通过运用基因敲除及条件性基因敲除小鼠模型、小鼠卵巢移植、病人血浆和胎盘标本库分析,重点研究先兆子痫,复发性流产,不孕不育等重大妊娠疾病的发病机制及其调控途径

2卵泡发育、排卵、黄体化和闭锁过程中的分子调节机理。

我们的研究目标在于阐释人类胚胎着床的关键调控环节,探索先兆子痫,复发性流产,不孕不育等女性生殖疾病的早期诊断和干预的综合措施。
